Paul and Barnabas Separate

³⁶ After some days Paul said to Barnabas, “Let us return and visit our brothers in every city where we preached the word of the Lord and see how they are doing.” ³⁷ Barnabas determined to take with them John, who was called Mark. ³⁸ But Paul thought it was not good to take with them one who had withdrawn from them in Pamphylia and had not gone with them to the work.
